Return & Refund Policy
At Odyne Fragrances, we are committed to providing high-quality men’s clothing that meets your expectations.
Our return policy is designed to ensure both customer satisfaction and product integrity.
1. Return Conditions
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all tags attached
- In its original packaging
Any item that has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email.
Once your request is approved, you can send the item back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or errors on our part.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds can be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store voucher
Exchanges are also available, subject to product availability (size, model, etc.).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
