1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across all of Morocco, covering all cities and regions served by our logistics partners.

2. Delivery Time

• Major cities (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, etc.): 24 to 48 business hours
• Other regions: 48 to 72 business hours, depending on accessibility

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually processed and shipped the same day.

3. Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on orders over 1000 MAD
• For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee of [insert amount, e.g., 35 MAD] applies

4. Payment & Delivery

We mainly offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

You pay the total amount of your order in cash directly to the delivery agent upon receiving your package.

We recommend checking the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery agent.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS with your delivery details.

Our customer service team remains available to assist you with any questions regarding your shipment.

6. Absence at Delivery

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange another attempt.

After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
